Catherine + Adam’s Middlesborough Wedding Photography | The Treebridge Hotel Wedding Photography

Catherine + Adam got married at The Treebridge Hotel near Middlesborough. They then held their evening reception at a nearby village hall in Yarm that perfectly rounded off a beautiful day.

I photographed Catherine’s step-sisters wedding several years ago and so I was flattered to be offered her wedding too as they were a great family to work with and photograph. Catherine also asked that her photo’s all be delivered in colour, which if stipulated before I start the editing process is not a problem. While my preference is to deliver a mixture of Black and White and colour, I’m also happy to work to client specification and have also been asked to produce weddings entirely in Black and White before too.

Catherine didn’t want any pictures of her getting ready so I met with Adam at the venue and began by mingling with the guests as they arrived. I then met with Catherine as she arrived with Dad and was able to catch a couple of photos of them both before the ceremony.

I love the photo below of Catherine walking down the aisle as she is framed either side by people expressing emotion and the lighting in the venue and on the day was beautiful to work with and capture.

The wedding took place in July and so the weather on the day was delightful. After the ceremony everyone relaxed in the gardens of the hotel before the meal and the speeches. In the early evening a double decker bus transported everyone to the village hall and drinks were served in abundance as a hog roasted and the dancing kicked off the nights celebrations.

The couple sent me this message when they got their photo’s back:

“Oh I love them so much! They are absolutely amazing we have sat and watched through them this morning. Can’t thank you enough I love every shot and can’t wait to share with family and friends.

Thanks again for everything, you are so talented and you have been amazing ❤❤”
